My name is Diana and I am here for motivation and tips to help me lose weight. I had lost a total of 30 lbs. but found 10 of them! My goal is to lose 23 lbs. by early May and I know I can do it because I have accomplished this in the past.

My Goals:
I want to lose 23 lbs. by eating healthier and excercising. I want to join a bootcamp class in February.
My Program:
I am running/walking 3 miles atleast 5 times a week. I am playing tennis on the weekends. I walk Sam at the park 30-45 minutes 2-3 times a week.
