Hi. I am in Texas, not Knoxville but I know there is a walking club close to your area if you are interested in participating in local events on a regular basis. I do similar walks every weekend. We are not "fund raising" clubs, we are for fun, fitness and fellowship. Our clubs are family oriented and most events are baby stroller, and pet friendly. lol. I understand that. My scale rarely moves downward, but perhaps that'll change soon. I do exercise at least twice a week and I am content with myself for that. If I put that same amount of time in aerobic exercise instead of yoga, my scale would probably move but I have my reasons.
