My Goals:
My goal is to lose 4 pounds each month. This seems reasonable and if I lose more, I'll be even happier!

Remember, "starting slow is no bull"!

My Program:
I am writing down everything I eat, keeping track of calorie intake, eating lowfat or nonfat dairy items. I am going to walk, either outside or on treadmill and begin lifting some weights.
HALF WAY IS 147.5 lbs
May 2014: Began walking program 3-4 days per week & strength training 3 days a week.

Other Information:
I enjoy spending time with my husband, reading John Grisham and true crime novels, playing piano and playing with our dog, Dixie.

November 25, 2014: 28 pounds lost & counting. I give God all the glory for my success because I know from experience, that I could not do this by myself. emoticon

Here I am, at 6 months on my program. I've lost 23 pounds, my measurements aren't that much different but I've lost 1/2 inch in all categories -- that's a good thing! Still walking 4 times a week. Still tracking all my food, most every day. emoticon But have the craft show coming up next week & this may be hard. I'll do a lot of praying. emoticon emoticon

I MADE IT TO HALF WAY TODAY, SEPTEMBER 24, 2014. My plan was to be there by October 1, so I'm so thankful to God for this accomplishment!!! emoticon
