I am trying to lose the baby fat i added to my self after my first child. I lost all the weight just after giving birth but my life style change so fast. I began to drive everywhere instead of walking. I couldn't just walk to the mall. It all came on so fast. But, all for the good.. Now after three kids i want to shed these extra 30 pounds i have been living with for 10 years now.... I'd even be happy with 15-20

Diana I started doing these ab exercises a few weeks ago while waiting for my papers at work. Sitting on a sturdy desk i alternate leg lifts, bicycle type leg lifts while twisiting upper body, and raising my legs and hold for a few seconds. Thightens the abs whichmakes the stomach seem smaller. Eating less but feeling full. I have in my truck hand springs, 2-15 pound weights, stretch bands, and have a mini stepper I take some times.
