Working to get my weight down to my ideal goal through healthy eating and exercise.
A few years back I was almost 300 lbs, I've lost some of the weight but not all and now I'm jump starting my weight loss to try to lose the last bit (it's a big bit) of weight.

It can seem overwhelming because there are so many resources to choose from. Two to consider using to accomplish your goals are the Nutrition and Fitness Trackers. Also, check out Spark Teams under the COMMUNITY Tab. Do searches on your goals, interests, hobbies, whatever. Then join one, two or more Spark teams. You'll enjoy getting to know these folks and giving and getting lots of encouragement along the way. It's all good. Continue to Enjoy the journey!

No matter how hard it may get, always remember to believe in yourself and to keep moving forward on step, one day at a time... It helped me a lot to make many, many smaller goals along the way to help keep me focused and motivated to work harder towards my bigger goals.
