To return to the weight I was when I got married!

To eventually wear a size 10 again!

To use my elliptical machine at least 4 times per week!

To be stronger mentally and physically!

My Program:
Elliptical machine.

Resistance bands.

SP videos.

Adding more as my work out routine progresses...

Personal Information:
I'm 26 years old. I've been married to my wonderful husband for 7 1/2 years now. :) No kids at this time, but who knows - maybe we'll change out minds in the coming years.

My wonderful sister is a Spark member and the person who got me here in the first place. :)

My hobbies include: photography, movies, concerts, music, PC games, board games...

I just started on the 5K walking program and my legs are killing me! It's really sad that I could only do 25 minutes of treadmill time. I wanted to get more exercise in, but I thing I gotta let my legs rest a bit, emoticon

Have you started yet? When you do, maybe we can be buddies and emoticon each other on? emoticon
