Live life to what (you) I can.....life, hope @ love My life is so wonderful and exciting. I am here to show myself that I can loose the weight and get my blood sugars more under control. It's been a big road and still is today, but I am not going to let it control me, I am going to control it. Diabeties run in both sides of my parents. I was only 4 years old when I found that I had it. It was not fun going through my school years, but I had to do it or I would not be living. ...

It's been a big road and still is today, but I am not going to let it control me, I am going to control it. Diabeties run in both sides of my parents. I was only 4 years old when I found that I had it. It was not fun going through my school years, but I had to do it or I would not be living. Diabeties is a hard battle, but I never gave up and never will. I am also on a insulin pump, it's the best thing I ever did for myself and others around me. It helps me have more control of my sugars and how much to give as the insulin. Nobody really nows what it is like to have this disease until they get it themselves. I been over weight all my life

My Goals:
1. Getting into smaller clothes 2. Keeping my sugars in control - getting there 3. Eat 3 meals a day Eat yogurt fruit and veg. New goals added -Trying to keep these goals as much as I can 1. No deep fry foods 2. No McDonld's foods - almost a month not going 3. No white breads -just wheat or multi-grain New 4. loose 1 pound 1 time per. week
My Program:
1. walking, eatting habits 2. watch my intake, activities Eat Peanut Butter 1/4c. raw walnuts with yogurt 3. Steep on the scale every Monday
