Hi I'm Di. I'm on a journey to lose about 80 pounds and become fit and healthy. I came to Spark for the great tools and support the site has. I am restarting on SparkPeople after being away for 2 years. This time around my goals are a little different. I'm looking forward to new information, new successes and weight loss.

My Goals:
Reduce my risk of diabetes. Rid myself of sleep apnea.
Get rid of excess fat!
Lose weight without surgery.
Be healthy and feel energetic.

My Program:
My program is basic. Eat better foods, incorporate exercises that strengthen my body, and help rid excess fat. I am beginning that by the nutrition/exercises on Spark, and with videos from Beachbody (P90x, ChaLean Extreme, Shakeology the workouts).

Thanks for your comment on my SparkPage. You are doing SO well. :) Keep up the good work! I am a big believer in Calorie Cycling. It's a great weight loss tool. Participation can be a GREAT motivator! I encourage you to read the threads, post replies, start your own topic! Use the nutrition and fitness trackers so you can see your progress, and your blog so you can review, later, how you felt on your journey. It will also help others to see your success!

We're the LARGEST TEAM in SparkPeople. I'm hoping that we will have the largest number of PARTICIPATING team members as well!
