hey "D", HUBBY OF "JANET552" here. I follow/chart her sparkpoints, and am likely more interested in her progress then she. one thing I look at is the number of folks @ 100,000 pts. or more. woman.. why did you STOP recording your progress? you certainly incur progress every day, and now think about it... you may be interested in your progress SOME day. just zumba activity, logging in, and spinning would keep you active. hey, you're a young puppy, and could do pts for DECADES!!!
Thanks for the comment on my blog. I'm not nursing and my OB gave me the go ahead to start exercising. Thankfully I didn't gain much while I was pregnant, but I'm EXTREMELY out of shape now. 1269 days ago
Thanks for the comment on my blog. I haven't tried zumba yet but I really want to. It's at 9am on weekends at the gym, but I'm usually there too early or too late for it. I actually have found that I love running and it's a huge motivator for me so at least that doesn't require me to stick to a schedule. 1305 days ago
