I want to lose 25 pounds before I go on my cruise in October

I am limiting myself to around 1200 calories per day, trying to do enough exercise on a daily basis to burn 500-830 calories, ensuring that my caloric intake is no more than 30% fat and trying in vain to eat more protein.
