Slow and steady is my motto too but will have to limit the curry. Too lazy to cook it ( not to mention I hate the smell it leaves in the house) I only buy it and you can see the oil floating on top so I shudder to think of the calories and bad fat. Thanks for the vote of confidence and taking the time out to write. Will let you know if I decide to cook curry after all. LOL
I will try to follow your suggestions as to 3 meals and 2 healthy snacks. Will track for this week and set it as one of my incremental goals.
You can do this, I know you can. If I can do it, so can you. Slow and steady is my motto. As far as the curry, of course you can have curry! Just figure out how many calories it is and then track it. I try to find ways to cut calories out of my favorite recipes. I have not given up one food I love except for fast food, as I am afraid it may start a binge. But otherwise, I enjoy my food and am really loving life with the weight coming off. Good luck!!! Sissie 1390 days ago
