Get Fit, Get Healthy!
I am 40 years (42 now) and have been over weight for all of my life. I love the gym but can never seem to stick to getting there consistently... work always seem comes first. I don't think of myself as unhealthy but I guess I am and boy do I have a sweet tooth. I can calmly eat a salad and fish for most meals as I love fish and I love salads but I think nothing of having a choclate bar as well and ice-cream. I am gluten intolerant so no wheat or grain for me so most of my starches are rice ...

I can calmly eat a salad and fish for most meals as I love fish and I love salads but I think nothing of having a choclate bar as well and ice-cream. I am gluten intolerant so no wheat or grain for me so most of my starches are rice and potatoes. I need to extend this to yams and other complex carbs but haven't as yet. I would love to meet other persons with gluten intolerances who are also seeking to lose weight and maybe share recipes as those diets/recipes that praise "complex carbs and the value of wheat, oats and other grains" cannot be used by me.
