DharmaChick's Tone-Up

I'm a newlywed who is looking to tone up and maybe drop about 5lbs.

Diet: I generally stick to a vegan diet, though I will eat eggs or fish on rare occasion if there are no other protein options. Definitely no dairy, due to extreme lactose intolerance (even the smallest amount of dairy makes me very sick).

I don't really need to adjust my diet, as I stick to very healthy eating habits in general. However, I really need to up my water intake.

Fitness: I definitely need a routine, and like to work out first thing in the morning so that I have no time to make excuses (it's also a better energy boost than morning coffee!) I used to do Pilates 5 mornings a week, but I need to get back into that routine and add more cardio. I recently started the C25K program and hope to stick with it.
