Since I hit 30 losing weight has become a pain. I find myself having to track calories more diligently, so I joined sparkpeople. I am hoping to lower my bodyfat to around 10%.

My Goals:
I want to drop my bodyfat to around 10% and continue training for my second Tough Mudder.

My Program:
I do MMA twice a week, walk 3 days a week on my lunch breaks and try to do a couple fun outdoor activities like hiking, biking, or kayaking on the weekends. I typically lift weights 2 or 3 days a week.

Thanks. A lot of exercises get bad raps because the people doing them don't know what they are doing.

Nice comments regarding the overhead press issue--I read similar stuff about bench press being responsible for more shoulder injuries than overhead lifts.
