Singing Preachers Wife needs to lose weight

My Goals:
To start eating healthier, get more exercise, quit smoking and just live a generally all around healthier life.
My Program:
Right now I don't have much of a program, I have started eating more fresh fruit instead of other snacks, and weather permitting have begun walking every day.
Personal Information:
I live in a little (don't blink you might miss it) town in NE Mississippi. Hubby is known as the singing preacher, hence the name name of my page.
Other Information:
Love all the CSI's and rarely watch much else on tv.
I love to read inspriational Christian stories, and to share my love and faith in Jesus Christ whenever I am given the opportunity to do so.
