Wanting to do it right this time!

It seems like all I do is start over but today I start again! I need to figure out how to stop making excuses and just get it done. Looking forward to being home for the summer and having the time to enjoy getting healthy!

Welcome back!

Spark has been the only way that has worked for me also, I think it's because you can customize it to what works for you; it's not one of those "one size fits all" plans.

I found that for myself, the best way to make friends and find support was by joining a few Spark teams. There are teams geared towards just about any life situation, health issue, or interest you may have. Sometimes, it may take a while to find a team that is a good "fit"; you can always leave a team if it's not working out for you, there are so many to try here, something for everyone!
