My name is Danielle. I'm 23 and looking to lose 16-50 pounds. (weighing between 147 highest and 114 lowest, according to my bmi)

I am incredibly uncomfortable with my body the way that it is and would like to change it. I feel that I owe myself the physical and mental health to be able to run charity races, mountain bike for miles, etc. I also think that I deserve to have the peace-of-mind when it comes to my body appearance.

I plan to eat as much organic foods as I can, and amp up the amount of veggies I consume. :) I am eating for fuel and energy, not for satisfaction.

My Goals:
Short-term goal: Lose 15 pounds by May 22, 2011.

Long-term goal: Lose a total of 30+ pounds by December 31, 2011.

My overall goal is to get into the best physical shape that I have ever been in!!

Rewards system:
-10 pounds: New workout gear (including some new running shoes)
-15 pounds: iPod Touch
-20 pounds: Belly Button Ring (for my flat tummy!!)
-25 pounds: iPhone 4
-30 pounds: Mountain Bike and some NEW CLOTHES!


My Program:
For the next 9 weeks, I plan to eat healthy all day, 2 meals, 2 snacks, and a slim fast meal replacement. I will also be working out at 6a.m., 6 days a week, working out a second time on the days that my schedule allows.

After reaching my 15-pound weight-loss at the end of May, I plan to continue working out once a day, 6 days a week. I will also continue eating healthy, but slowly reincorporating a third meal in the day, to replace my slim fast meals.
