Hey, I was just curious - your calorie range is BROAD! Is that the SP-recommendation for you, or what your own personal trainer or doctor recommended? I'm more used to seeing the 300-calorie-variance ranges, so this one really got my attention!
(Oh, also, you have Sat, Sun, Wed as your cardio days - so, sadly, no points for the cardio yesterday! Just the way my spreadsheet does its magic ...)
