My husband and I love this recipe - I add some minced garlic to it and it's really great.
I have been under the weather too. I think everyone is - it's going around. I think I've been walking too much - a solid hour each day with my hubby. My legs are protesting terribly each night - kept me up all night in pain last night, so I gave it a rest today. I'm hoping it's not too cold to get out there tomorrow.

It has been a week and I've lost the weight of a newborn child...6 lbs.
Tried yoga yesterday and it was very relaxing and yet, I felt like I got a good workout....stretching and such. I didn't wake up sore today, so I must have done it right.
Had a large dinner last night (still within my goal) but I learned something....to break big meals up because I found myself hungry by 8pm. I tried a trick that Dr. Oz mentioned, I drank a glass of warm water. Apparently it tricks the stomach into feeling full. It worked, strangely enough! 1387 days ago
