If it is to be it is up to ME!!!!
I am 51 years old. Since my thyroid started acting up 15 years ago I have struggled with my weight. I gained 75 lbs and can not get it off. The lack of energy and lack of appetite hinder my progress. It is time for a change NO MATTER WHAT. Thus my Title page because no one can do it for me but me. Let the journey start.
