@ TT ... BIG CONGRATS on the loss of 10 pounds!! That is AWESOME!! I have not done Taebo before. :) May have to check it out in the future. Things are grand here too - noticing some muscles I didn't see before after 8 weeks of P90X.

Hello! Things are going pretty well. I've lost about 10 pounds the past 2 and a half weeks. Trying to get serious, was a little lax this weekend! About to do some taebo right now, so that will be awesome! How are you doing? :) 1953 days ago
In response to WammyTammy's comment. I utilized part of the Sparks Peep pages. The more knowledge you have about being Fit-N-Healthy the better.
I started taking Zumba classes, and had Shakeology workouts to get started. It wasn't until I return from FL that I really started pushing my exercise to the next limit. I did Zumba 3 times a week and started do RevAbs.
I also started being VERY mindful of what I ate. I drank my Shakeolgoy for breakfast, had a nutrigrain bar for AM snack, ate a protein rich lunch, had another protein snack in the PM, and well rounded dinner. So I was eating 5-6 times a day. I stopped eating processed and high sodium foods too.
The secret really is .... when you don't feel like it, do it anyways. Even on those days I didn't want to exercise I pushed the play button or got to Zumba. I felt better because I did it versus the guilt inside of not doing it. P90X was something I was afraid of, but after seeing such great results that other people had; I was bound and determined to reshape my body. The motivation is Orlando and strutting my new body on the beach. :)
You break it by doing it. Rinse, repeat and if you HAVE to snack - make it healthy. And lesson the portions. Also VERY huge.....DRINK LOTS OF WATER. I drink about 2 liters a day. Drink water first thing in AM, all day, and then about 2 glasses before a meal. When you feel the hunger pang - drink as much water as you can take.
