My Goals:
I'm GOING TO LOSE 40 pounds of body fat. Then I'm going to work on becoming even fitter and leaner by gaining more muscle.

I'd like to run 3-6 miles, and try out for the crew and track teams. :) I've always dreamed of being an athlete. :)

My Program:
Cardio 5 days a week. Weight training 4 days a week.

4-5 meals a day.

Small portions.

Protein 3 meals.

Fruits, veggies, grains, and EFA's.

Protein. Protein. Protein.

Cardio. Cardio. Cardio.

Weights. Weights. Weights.

Workouts are in the morning or 3 hours after eating. Eating closer to the hour after all workouts when the metabolism is high.

Personal Information:
I have a hard time being consistent with food because it's so irresistable.

I'm addicted to carbs.

I have a hard time eating consistently throughout the day.

I usually eat very large portions.

Sometimes, I even forget to take my supplements.

Other Information:
I just want to let everyone know: I'm done being a fatty.

Hi, I just read a comment you posted on AML4DBC1's Blog. Some of the best advice I've seen posted! My clean eating (knowing how many calories I consume) and intense morning workouts are the key to my weight loss! I LOVE Jillian Michaels workouts! "I'm gonna push you!" LOL

I also dropped a bunch of weight when I went Vegan and stopped consuming so much protein (whey & fish). We really don't need that much protein and it was adding extra calories and raising my cholesterol. I brought my cholesterol down from 250 to 200 in only a few months. (My highest reading was 280.) Read 'The China Study'. Protein does not build muscle and animal protein will raise your cholesterol. I know my cholesterol is even lower now but I have not had in checked again yet. Sorry to ramble!

hey! saw your post on the C25k team! you are interested in trying out for the crew awesome!! i did it my first year of college, i was talked into it by another girl from my high school who had joined the year before. it made me fall in love with strength training.. crazy workouts!! do you know if your school has a novice team? we were able to walk on, which made it a lot easier. well, good luck!
