I'm just going to do it. No excuses, rationalizations, arguments, pessimism, complaints, plateaus, obstacles, time restraints, etc.
I'm a bulldozer.
I'm GOING TO LOSE 40 pounds of body fat. Then I'm going to work on becoming even fitter and leaner by gaining more muscle.
I'd like to run 3-6 miles, and try out for the crew and track teams. :) I've always dreamed of being an athlete. :)
Cardio 5 days a week. Weight training 4 days a week.
4-5 meals a day.
Protein 3 meals.
Fruits, veggies, grains, and EFA's.
Protein. Protein. Protein.
Cardio. Cardio. Cardio.
Weights. Weights. Weights.
Workouts are in the morning or 3 hours after eating. Eating closer to the hour after all workouts when the metabolism is high.
I have a hard time being consistent with food because it's so irresistable.
I'm addicted to carbs.
I have a hard time eating consistently throughout the day.
I usually eat very large portions.
Sometimes, I even forget to take my supplements.
I just want to let everyone know: I'm done being a fatty.
