Getting Healthy
Since coming home from South Korea almost 3 years ago I have re-gained all the weight I lost before. I am having a very hard time motivating myself to lose weight, but I am working on making small changes such as eating better, and less.

Eat less than 2000 calories a day. Exercise at least 3 times a week. Lose 40 pounds by December 2012.
