Life is too short...

Hi! I am new to this site. I need to make a lifestyle change. I generally understand nutrition and excercise as part of that change but I have issues with motivation. I tend to self-sabotage and it's a habit that breaks me and my efforts to become healthier and happier....and any day is a good day to start over, so, here I am. :)
