It's time now

I'm 65, retired and now spending 20 hrs a week volunteering at a local elementary school. I have many interests including doing nothing! and I intend to use my retirement to give back to the community, enjoy my darling 10 month old grandson, and get healthy. I can no longer do the hard physical work I used to but I still like to garden, read, walk, bike, swim and get in some 10 mins or so of aerobics. Over the years I've gained weight that needs to go now.
