You know, the first time I tried the 30 Day Shred, last fall, I puked. I had to stop 10 minutes into it. The second go was in April and I managed to make it through Level 1. I was so rediculously sore but did not stop... for 30 days. Was definitely a spring board to Turbo Fire. I still love 30 Day Shred but Turbo Fire is going to get me where I want to go. I'm thinking P90X after TF..idk maybe you guys can convince me to try CLX.
