I am looking for healthy lifestyle changes. Things are pretty good overall, but there are areas that need improvements if I am going to live a long healthy life with all life choices optimized as much as possible. Exercise isn't a problem, I am currently doing 1-3 hours a days. No one is complaining about the few extra pounds on my body- really. But I know it isn't ideal & the big picture needs a good review, an oversight & integration of the wisdoms of Body, Mind, Spirit to live a fully authenticated favorable life.

If I can believe it, if I can visualize it, if I really can do it... heck, life is too short not to go for it while I can!

So , it begins. I've set the Intention to broaden my vision to include an oversight of the lifestyle factors that matter. Like getting the right foods into my body that are nutrient dense and delicious. Cut back on sugar, white foods and anything not in line with the body's needs. Seek out and tackle the addictive foods my taste buds have been emotionally taught to think is good and see what I can do to re-develop a restored sense of taste.

Fitness Minutes: 450

My Goals:
+ Lose 20#'s by Feb 14th '09

+Work on developing a positive body image using meditation & visualizations. Make an inspiration card by Dec 31 '08

+Pay attention to my appearance, esp take more of an effort to wear flattering clothing and get nails done regularly.

My Program:
✔ 6 mile walk daily.
✔ Weights 3x wk.
✔ Salsa 2x wk.
✔ Ecstatic dance 2x wk.
