New Year, New Me!

I am 27 years old, I weigh 250 lbs and I am 5'7. I hope to lose 80 lbs by Christmas and 110 lbs total. I thought about NutriSystem or Jenny Craig, but then I can't eat their food forever. I decided I am not dieting I am changing the way I view nutrition. I also am doing this scaleless, I am not weighing myself weekly. I am more concerned with how I feel than the number on the scale. So you may notice my ticker does not move. Scales depress me because they don't move as fast as I'd like.

Oh no! I'm sorry that you had the flu, but I'm glad you're starting to feel better. Take it easy until you're 100%, then start tracking those workouts!
