I'm finally DETERMINED to change my lifestyle!
I am slowly starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. It is a very long hard process but one I have realized I need to keep with. I falter often but usually pick myself back up. I check in pretty much every day on Sparkpeople but don't always participate. I need to get back into that again because it does do wonders for me mentally when I have the support. I am a women in my 30's finally taking charge of MY life.... and it feels good!

My Goals:
My general goal is to reach 130 lbs. I don't have a set time frame for the full amount. I have been setting small mini goals. I have some mini goals for myself right now: 1. Stretch every day 2. Drink a minimum of 64 oz of water a day. 3. Get some sort of cardio activity 5 days a week. 4. Get some strength training 2-3 times a week.
My Program:
Goal 1: I do stretches after I workout each day. But throughout the day I stretch my neck and shoulders often because I sit all day in front of a computer and they get so tight. Goal 2: I have a 32oz water bottle that I try to drink before I go to lunch. Then I fill it up again and try to drink that before I leave work. Goal 3: For cardio I will start using the elliptical for 30 minutes about 5 times a week again. Goal 4: I'm doing the strength training exercises that sparkpeople has given. Once I am stronger I will start to do more.
