Some time ago I chose to stop taking care of myself, I stopped eating correctly, even stopped really taking care of my skin. I've become lazy to where I only get out of my chair when I have to get something done. I don't walk anywhere unless I have to and I stopped caring about my body.

So here I am, I'm going to take me back. Find my way to a healthy thinner me.

I was born and raised in Washington St. I love this state. Although I have moved to two different states before but we always end up back in Washington. I really do love it here.

I have 2 beautiful children and the most wonderful husband a woman could ask for.

    Hey, I am so happy for you. My water challenge is on going some days I drink tons the next day coffee and tea win the battle, but at least I am getting fluids even if it is not pure water.
    I got a new water cooler that does hot and cold and that seem to help as I will drink a glass of water then make a cup of tea or coffee, so I am a third of the way there.

    We are having a huge garage sale this coming weekend and I never knew we had so much stuff that we don't use, that is probably because we have two homes fully furnished and duplicate everything, so some of that is going away finally, we are going to put our old home on the market June 1st and I am looking forward to not having to take care of the yards at both houses as the weather gets hotter the more I like that.

    Stay focused and you will soon be in that dress you picked out a few years ago.
