    To answer you question Janet.... Yes- I would post each share as to what your ideal workout would be each day for the week. Originally I had meant to only have one share shared each week- but this seems to be working out fine. The more shares the better- and I have just been going with the flow with this challenge. emoticon vs emoticon

    No, there's no time limit. My name is very burpees-heavy, so it took me 3 days to finish all of mine. lol Well, that and I was procrastinating lol.
    Let them know they can choose to do their first, last, full, username, whichever they want. They can modify whatever needs to be and if there's an exercise they specifically can't or aren't allowed to do, swap it out for something else.
