Determined to define & conquer or die trying!

Hi Everyone,
So I've been a member of SparkPeople since 2007! Unfortunately I gave up to soon and left SparkPeople but now I'm back and more determined than ever to get to my goal, and reach the finish line! So now I know that this is a process and that I have to take it one day at a time. I thought I could leave Sparkpeople and be able to continue on my own but I realize I need all the support I can get and that leaving SparkPeople was a big mistake. So the challenge begins once again ...

Personal Information:
Well my name is Jamie, and I'm not in college anymore because I have my Associates and just got my Bachelors this past May! Might go back for my Masters haven't decided yet! I'm a very outgoing person, and love to help others! I'm nice to anyone as long as they're cool with me. I love cooking, and baking. I make a mean turkey at Thanksgiving, among other goodies. I love to draw, dance, sing, play video games, watch movies, and get out and stop to smell the roses. So that's it I'm into a lot of different things, a lot of people that know me call me versatile, because I'm soo willing to try anything once. Ugh! At least one of us is lol! I am really struggling with motivation today...I just feel "blah" I can't seem to shake myself from it! Thanks for the goodie it made me realize that it isn't worth throwing today away!

Sure. Scramble and egg or pan fry in a skillet without oil- just non stick spray then make a pocket in the roll and slide in the cooked egg. Thanks for your comment- they help me to write the recipes in a manner that everyone can understand. Have a great day!
