Hello! I miss you too! Sorry i've been quiet. Been mostly icing my leg, so my activity has gone down hill this past week. I'm hoping I can squeeze in some pilates at least coming up. It's getting somewhat better but still hurts and i can't move very well still. So soon, i hopefully will get some workouts back in. Definitely not running any time soon!
Ugh! At least one of us is lol! I am really struggling with motivation today...I just feel "blah" I can't seem to shake myself from it! Thanks for the goodie it made me realize that it isn't worth throwing today away! 1545 days ago
