Hey! I take magnesium before I go to sleep as well as Tranquility Complex by Quantum-RX. I don't know where to buy it, I get it through my doctor, but it is herb based and nothing that affects hormone levels like Melatonin, etc. It seems to work OK for me. Also I put blackout curtains in the room that I sleep in and that helps a LOT too. 1921 days ago
thanks for the blog comment! I TOTALLY agree. People say "Teachers need to model the uniform" and I say, "No, I model how to dress professionally and appropriately while still maintaining a personal style."
I'm also at a Title I school, we have lots and lots of School Improvement Grant type stuff, and we are a Race to the Top school. Unless they are willing to send half the student body home, they'll never manage uniforms.

I think sometimes life gives us a kick just to remind us to be aware, and mindful. Although I've come so far with being mindful, I still have a long way to go; the rest of my life, actually...

Hi, good to hear from you again! I'm fine. The weather is not too bad here at the moment - the temperature tomorrow is supposed to be about 50. We had a lot of snow in December - glad that's gone.
