Thanks for the comment!! You look uhhh-mazing already (and i love that dress in one of your pics...too cute). Ummm really I just started slow. First I got my eating in check and simply wrote down everything I put in my mouth and started walking 4 days a week...and now I do an hour and a half or more at the gym every day..you could say Im addicted. u can do it... just go a couple times a week..for my i get 1 unit of college credit so its motivation for me to go.. and i have to go 30 ties a semester or work out 30 times to get just one unit, so maybe see what kind of benefit u will get out of it, besides the obvious ones :) 2530 days ago
