My Goals:
My goal is to get to a healthier weight and a healthier me, not just physically but mentally. :)



My Program:
Im cutting my carbs down my fat down and eating 3 meals a day plus snacks(healthier ones) and Im exercising and weight lifting!!!



Other Information:
I love time with family and friends. I like to write childrens books, poems and short stories. god is an important part of my life and has been there for me alot!

i have to do that challenge over since i had hives and hurt my back for the month of july its under community -go to challenge central and its in there you get a daily workout or meal via email or tip one you do it you get your points then at the end i assume like other challenges you get your trophy i didnt finish this i only got to day 5 so aug 1 i will start it again...

i'm so disappointed at how far i let myself go! 20 pds heavier then i was 2.5 yrs ago...grr...oh well i got myself here i will get myself out! one day at a time...

the walks with cathy and catherine went to poop this last few weeks i normally take summers off except for walks bike rides stuff like that but starting last week i am going to do one cardio a week and 2 strenth/weight training only a week and 1-2 days abs/core its still too hot to be jumping around like a jackass but i do love the weight lifting lol hope to see you back on here soon
