My goal is to lose 15 pounds by June, 30, 2014. Then set another goal for myself to lose another 15 pounds by October, 30, 2014. I am determined to not only eat healthier..keep up my exercise and weight lifting but also have more time for me. I am also determined to worry less and be more positive!
Im cutting my carbs down my fat down and eating 3 meals a day plus snacks(healthier ones) and Im exercising and weight lifting!!!
I love time with family and friends. I like to write childrens books, poems and short stories. god is an important part of my life and has been there for me alot!
the walks with cathy and catherine went to poop this last few weeks i normally take summers off except for walks bike rides stuff like that but starting last week i am going to do one cardio a week and 2 strenth/weight training only a week and 1-2 days abs/core its still too hot to be jumping around like a jackass but i do love the weight lifting lol hope to see you back on here soon

tommorrow is a really busy day for me work then chiropractor appt...working out since im taking today as my rest day instead of tommorrow...so before i forget i want to wish you good luck on your w.in....talk soon and cannot wait to go shopping or pamper day!
