my goal is to lose 10lbs .more would be super i have until Jan 1,2011.I HAVE BEING WITH SPARK TEAM FOR 2 YEARS AND I HAVE NOT LOST VERY MUCH IN THOSE 2 YEARS BUT I'M NOT GIVING UP.

well i found these awesome people in , the sprak page full of possitive support that believe in you .and i'v added fruits and veg to my daily diet and i grill all my meat on a george forman grill. no more frying for me.

my name is Janie i had 3 childern, 2 girls and 1boy.In 2005 we lost our frist daughter to Leukemia. Im 49 years old ,married a wonderful man weve being married 32 years and we now raise our grandson .God has blessed us to the end.
Other Information:
