Healthy for me and my future.

I was recommended to use this website by my OBGYN. I would like to have a baby soon. But once I went to doctor did some tests and was told I am a borderline diabetic. I need to change my eating habits and workout. I know I can do it and this website will hopefully help.

Hello and TGIF! Do you have any big weekend plans? If not here are some ideas: Go to a local botanical garden (great walking and beautiful sights), visit a planetarium, visit an old friend or family member, have an old movie night and fix some air-popped popcorn (or drag the tv outside and have a "drive-in",) catch fireflies, go to the library and reread a favorite childhood book, have a sing-along in the backyard, or get a jump rope and 2 friends and do all those old schoolyard rhymes!

Just enjoy - life is short.
