7/19/11 UPDATE: I am currently pregnant and due October 14th with my 3rd boy. I must say this is my first pregnancy being active and healthy. My ticker is moving up, but for a great reason!!!

THIS IS A PAGE DEDICATED TO MY JOURNEY. ALTHOUGH IT HAS NOT BEEN EASY IT IS VERY NECESSARY. I AM DETERMINED TO HIT MY GOAL. LOSING WEIGHT IS SUCH A HARD TASK AND I APPLAUD EVERYONE WHO IS MAKING A CHOICE TO CHANGE!

It hit me that I needed to make a lifestyle change when I topped the scale at 232lbs. That was absolutely my heaviest even heavier than when I was pregnant. When I joined SP I already lost 30lbs with Weight Watchers, but I needed an additonal kick in the butt. With SP I developed goals.

I started my journey Feb 16th 2009 and have lost close to 80lbs. This has been an emotional and humbling experience. I feel accomplished that I finally stuck to something I put my mind to. New goals for 2010:

*Get toned by incorporating more strength routines
*Reach 140lbs by April 135, 2011 in time for my bday
*Continue to inspire others that it is possible
*Get info on how to become a personal trainer/wellness coach
*Volunteer

Getting ready for my 1st half marathon. The Delaware Marathon is May 15th, 2011!!!!

My Goals:
My main goal is just to be healthy. I want to lower my risk of being prone to certain family illnesses. Iwant to prove to my children that you can do anything you set your mind to. Also, I want to be the sexy young woman my husband first met. I want to be FIT & FABULOUS!


My Program:
To meet my goals I have been monitoring my portions and also working out 4 days a week for 45 mins. I do about 20-25 mins of strenth training 2 days a week. I am also drinking more water and totally stopped drinking juice or soda. I am thinking about incorporating Pilates as a morning routine.
