Since childhood, I've struggled to lose weight. One of my earliest memories is of trying the slimfast diet. I was only 9 years old. From that point on, I've been battling my weight, gaining steadily and losing slowly. I've been on Sparkpeople for 8 years. In that time, I managed to lose 50 pounds. However, I didn't maintain it.
