Saw your post on the 30 session challenge for Pilates Lovers and thought I would drop by your page and say "HI!" :) We do whole foods for health too--didn't know yet there was a team here for that--I'll have to stop by and check that out. I have five at home (4-11) and work at home on the computer too. I keep a FULL cup of water or plain tea on my desk and sip, sip, sip--lost a lot of weight with that one item alone. Hello, I am so happy to see that you found your way here to Spark. This is such a wonderfully supportive community and I hope that you jump right in and learn to use the tools here. There is everything you need here to change your lifestyle and head on to better health, as well as making some really wonderful friends along the way.. Your page is just great and I wish you much success in your journey here. One thing that helps me is keeping my goals very small.. and, logging all my food in the nutrition log.
