Hi- I live mostly in Seattle, but also in Richmond, VA. I recently sold my business of 20 years and put my antique prints in a mall in Seattle. I am learning to paint and draw- something I have always wanted to do.

I love Spark People because I am passionate about exercise. I have been a couch potato plus, but those days are behind me.

Thanks mary Kay!
For the gold medal! It was hard doing the rowing. but you know what? my body benefitted so much from the workout. (it's still sore 2 days alter) I rowed fine to the first bridge ahd an asthma attack. Then rowed 25 strokes rested 10 strokes paddle 25 strokes rested. It was my first time ever on one of thos boats. I did enjoy it and I am convinced that I could prefect it eventually. so I wrote this morning inquiring about The team called "Blind ambition" I am legally blind. And determined. Imaging being blind and in Dragon Boat Races. if there is a will theres a way. i can do this.

Robert learned from a friend aobut the Diabetic/weight watchers bakery. (No splenda) everything si natural) he bought me 2 gourmet cinnamon rolls. One chocolate ahrd candy and some brownies. they are gone and delicous. We got a paper that ives the nutrition facts, fiber, sugar grams most even are low fat and 0 sugar. Weight watchers points too and everything is under 200 calories. We will go back on Saturday. I am meeting kathy from our team and i will take her a couple sugar free treats.
Thankis again
Hugs
Debbie
