My big success was several years ago when I lost 1.5 pounds per week for 6 months running and doing a modified atkins (my first diet). I went from 255 to 208. I had't had much success since then I was without a car for 4 months and went from 233 to 206, but am gaining it back as we speak. Physically, more things hurt more often and I've admitted that running 4.5 miles a day isn't actually good for me. Now I need to get the eating in line with the calories I can burn which means reducing portion-size and reducing eating a ton of crap right before bed (What's up with that! It doesn't even make sense.) (MBC)

My Goals:
Lessen the burden on my hip and heel by losing weight: 1st goal under 213, second target under 200, and "I Rock!" target = 180. Do it in a way that is sustainable for my whole life.
Yeah, yeah goals like this just don't work. My goal is to make life choices conscious of where it is adding to my health and where it's not.


My Program:
(1) 450 calories burned 4 days a week.
Used to be 700 calories burned 5 days a week - 55 min jogging including walking warm up, 1 hour biking on streeet, 1h20m stationary biking, 2h golf carying clubs, 2h walking, 3h ballroom dancing, (2) 1650 calories per day, (3) weight training 2x per week.
