2. Maintain my newly healthy back through daily fitness activities:
~Walk 20 min. 5x/week
~PT exercises 5x/week
~Strength routine 2x/week

~Stay w/in calorie range

Slow but sure, one day at a time.

Whole grain carbs; heavy on veggies; protein from beans, eggs, seafood, tofu; no/low meat and dairy

Gradually increase speed and distance for walking

Build up strength program

After 15 years of chronic pain, I'm grateful I found a successful surgical solution. I spent 2014 healing and now I want to get fit so I can enjoy the rest of my life to the fullest.


Other Information:
Interested in alternative therapies, i.e. acupuncture, massage, trigger point and herbal/supplement therapies.

Love to read, newspapers, magazines, fiction, non-fiction. Gardening, travel, movies. No kids, 3 nephews, and 2 cats (Neenya and Bella)
