I started off at 226 lbs and lost 65 lbs all thanks to Zumba! Once I lost 65 lbs I became a certified Zumba Fitness Instructor, Certified Group Fitness Instructor and Certified Strength Training Instructor. I am now happily at 146lbs and STILL LOSING!!

Wow you are me shero!!!! I just started doing Zumba (dvd) on tuesday and I am hooked. I'm going to alternate my dvd's to get the maximum but i feel good from what i'vd done so far.

I am also going to school to be a nurse so we have somethings in common.

Keep up the great work and that 11 lbs will be gone in no time. emoticon

I am sooo sad about not being able to go to classes for about a month! I'm going over to the UK and definitely thought my gym there had it on, but they don't :(

I see you're a zumba instructor! That's amazing! Zumba is a class I've never went to - I am so intimidated by it because I think teh steps may be too hard for me?! Attack is alot of cardio with really simple moves, which is why I can do it and love it so much! haha Any tips on first timer for Zumba? I definitely want to try!
