Congrats to you, too! It does feel great to get that number down, doesn't it? I'm playing around with different diets here and there, but always eating healthy and trying to exercise, although I don't do that nearly enough, for sure.

Aha! I just noticed you're on two Atkins teams... is that your plan that works? I'm doing Atkins right now! I just started yesterday so I'm on Day 2 of Induction. I have done Atkins on and off over the years... and when I adhere to the rules, it works for me. The first time I lost 57 lbs! Too bad I went off and back to old habits... and I ended up gaining it all back. I could kick my own butt!!

I had been doing the Fast Metabolism Diet. It works, too, I lost 22 lbs in 2 months on that, but it's a little more difficult, so I needed a change. So, I chose Atkins! :)

I'm at my lowest weight now that I have been in 5 years... but still have a long way to go. How about you? What have you been up to and how are you doing?

Yeah me low carbing it this time isn't so bad. I have done it so much so many times I know what to expect and I guess I know how to avoid it. I am kinda surprised actually I don't feel like crap. I guess I found what works for me. I am trying to only take in carbs from veggies and fruit and flax. I have my biggest meal at lunch. Which is usually where I have my fruit. HA but you didn't ask...I guess I just offered info for what's working for me. Might or might not work for you. You have your own needs and expectations and plans.
