I want to lose weight gain muscle have more energy be more flxable. Basically Look Good Naked
I have a lot of free time at work so I run stairs- use the merchandise as weights and I am trying to eat clean with Tosca's help
I was always fit until after college. Gymnastics, hiking, rock climbing, tennis, biking,.....always active and that is the way I was when I met my dear husband. But the past 10 years and last 3 pregnancies, and poor eating habits have really piled on the pounds. I want to drive my husband crazy when I walk in the room, I want to be active with my kids, I want to be able to do handstand push-ups again. I want to be more flexible. I want to be able to take a week long hiking/camping trip maybe on the appalation trail with my kids with out feeling like I'm dying.
