Looking to better my life. . .
Hi! I'm Lisa. I thought it was time to update my SparkPage.
I'm here because I'm eager to lose weight & be healthy. I've been a part of SP for just over two years now & I can feel a difference already. I've lost inches, some pounds, & have more energy. I feel better than I have in a long time. I have a long way to go in my weight loss journey, but I know with the support of the wonderful members of SP I know I can do it.

My new goal is reach 200 & complete a 5k race this year.

I want to make it a point to pay attention to everything I eat, followed by tweaking it to eat better. I want to work out three times a week or more.

I absolutely love to read. I'm a huge fan of mystery novels, particularly Leslie Meier. I also am a fan of romance novels. Linda Lael Miller is my favorite in that genre.
