Congrats on your success so far! I wish I could attempt the running thing, but my bodyweight won’t allow it right now. The sides of both my ankles (weird thing) burn when I attempt that form of exercise. Even walking will flare it up, so weird! It's low intensity on the elliptical until I'm strong enough for other things – like my distant dream of being able to just run! Me a runner? Like quitting smoking, that too would be the ultimate accomplishment for me!
Yeah I don't know what it is. I dread the mornings workouts before I even go to bed!!!! Im forcing myself through them as that 4lb loss last week is great motivation. I only planned on doing 4 weeks so thats only 2.5 weeks left, Im going to keep plugging along at it! 1968 days ago
Hmm, it sounds like.. either you're building that weight into muscle tone or maybe your diet needs to be tweaked a bit. Have you noticed that your body shape has changed at all? I have heard of some people actually gaining weight in this program but it was all muscle. 1979 days ago
