Half the woman...

I'm starting on a long journey that will end with me being half the woman I am now.

Goals:

1) Longterm: Be at my goal weight of 140 lbs by 1/1/2013

Medium: Reach 290 lbs (10% loss) by 3/1/12

Short: Reach 310 lbs by 12/31/11

2) Long Term: Discontinue use of hypertension medications by 1/1/2013

Medium: Have blood pressure readings of 140/85 or less by 1/1/13

Short: Take Blood pressure meds 2x/day every day

I am on your 40 Somethings with 100+ to Lose Sparkteam. Just wanted to stop by and say congratulations for losing weight in August. You may not have reached your August goal but, you did lose weight and that is something to be proud of.

to lose weight and get healthy or you 100th time. keep believing in yourself. you are worth the effort, the pain. you are worth the smile on your face when youve accomplished a goal. you are worth being a participant in life and not an observer. TODAY.......look in the mirror and make friends with who is looking back. find comfort that who is looking back at you, will take you to the heights of success...if you let her(him)
