Greetings, SparkFriend! Thanks for the lovely SparkGoodie (and apologies for being so slow with my gratitude -- that 4-day party kept me hoppin' non-stop). As far as the exercise goes: I have to be flexible around here, and I really do hate to miss a day of cardio. Now that the company is gone, and the kids are back in school, I should be able to return to my preferred late morning/early afternoon workout slots.
