yes ..Splenda has less then 1 gram of carbs, you are safe.
I totally had a craving tonight foro ice cream, and was about to plunge right in, but I closed the freezer, stepped back and thought about it for about 3 minutes. It worked, I was able to talk myself out of my almost crushing mistake. The power of the mind is incredible!
How did u get through today, did you stick to your plan?

It was sooo hard giving up the carbs, but when you want to grab those chip, or cookies, or bread....think about how it looks on your butt, lol. It is only hard the first two weeks, get through that and you will be fine. Here is the diet that I follow(it will work)
Eat a salad everyday, decide what is going to be your biggest meal.
No more then 20 grams of carbs a day.
Drink half your weight in ounces of water, a day( I have discovered that room temp. water goes down faster)
No Fruit
No Honey Ham
No dairy
I drink coffee, 2 cups every morning, with sugar free creamer
If you need a snack, you are allowed peanuts, I prefer cashews
Cheese, will fill u up quick, but be careful ..will bind u up to
Put Benefiber in your drinks, helps you to stay regular

Get yourself a journal, write all your negative thoughts in it, then never think them again, if your mind is not healthy this will never work.

I hope that this helps you, I know that you can do it, oh and get EXTRA GUM...it really helps with your cravings!

Hi, I was searching pages and came across yours. First let me say welcome to Spark Pages, you will love it here, the support that you get is incredible and you feel less alone. I was a little more then you when I started my journey and the best weight loss plan that i found.....and I did them all....is the low carb. It is hard at first because of the foods that you need to give up, but it is very rewarding because you don't feel deprived and you see results quickly. I added u to my friends, would love to help u in any way that I can. Best of luck, never stop believing in you!
